Do you find it hard to meditate? You are not alone.
Most people associate meditating with sitting cross-legged and saying 'Om'. Whilst this can be enough in itself for some people, others find it difficult.
An easy exercise is to simply become aware of sounds in the moment. Become aware of the sounds around you right now. Stop now, take a few deep breaths and listen to each sound , then move on to the next sound with your awareness. Keep breathing and after a short time you will start to notice yourself gently letting go into relaxation. It can be as easy as that to get started on the journey of mindfulness meditation and its benefits.
