Bookings and Cancellation TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We start all of our appointments and classes on time. If you are running late, this may incur reducing your treatment time so we do not inconvenience the people booked after you. Please note, we do not allow entry to any yoga or meditation class/course once the doors have closed. Please read all the terms and conditions before you make a booking.


Gift Vouchers can be purchased as a hard copy or we can email them for you! You can purchase gift vouchers from $50 to open amounts or nominate the gift for Floating, Yoga, Massage or Meditation. Gift Vouchers can be swapped to another service if preferred to an equal or greater amount. The difference to be paid if the amount of chosen treatment is higher than the voucher. We are unable to refund or give change if you change to a different treatment and the amount is less than the voucher. We will endeavour to match the voucher to the exact value if possible. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the time of sale. Please take note of your expiry date on your voucher as we do not extend our expiry dates. Vouchers can be gifted if you're unable to use your voucher within the 6 month expiry period. Please let management know when making your booking as we need the permission of the voucher owner to do this, then everyone is happy. 



All bookings are to be pre-paid. Please arrive minimum of 20 minutes before your first appointment time so we can start your session on time. Please be aware, we are unable to extend your Float time if you are running late.

24 hours is required for cancellations or changes to appointment times. A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged otherwise. Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit over the phone or in person or Paypal with online bookings.

If any contamination of the pods occur due to failure to follow management's written guidelines on Floating a charge may be levied in the event of contamination. This is very easy to avoid, simply by following management guidelines.

You will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to your float and agree to our terms and conditions.


We are happy to reschedule your appointments for Floating and Massage treatments if 24 hours notice is given. Please note we DO NOT REFUND if you change your mind, forget or miss your appointment.




For cancellations 24 hours notice is required. Please contact reception on (02) 4957 9827 to reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee is payable. Should we be able to fill your allocated time this fee will be waived. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so we can start your treatment on time. Please be aware, we are unable to extend your massage time if you are running late.


We are happy to reschedule your appointments for Floating and Massage treatments if 24 hours notice is given. Please note we DO NOT REFUND if you change your mind, forget or miss your appointment. 




Memberships ( 3 months or longer ) can be placed on hold
( for maximum of 1 month ) or gifted if written notice is given to management 1 month in advance. 

Please consider carefully your memberships if you're going away. We try to keep our classes affordable to all. We employ the highest standard of teachers. All of our teachers are paid in accordance with their training and experience regardless of class sizes. 

Direct Debits - $30 per week ( Payable fortnightly; Initial $50 payment upon setup ). One months written notice is required to place any Direct Debits on hold after minimum 12 weeks membership. This is a 12 month membership. If cancellation is requested after 3 months but within 12 months of membership, an administration fee of $50 will be charged.

Unfortunately all other memberships cannot be placed on hold.

'Get Started' Memberships are strictly limited to 5 classes up to 5 weeks. No extensions are permitted.

'Om Goodness' Limited memberships cannot be placed on hold, swapped, gifted or cancelled.


An introductory interview is required prior to enrolment to see if this course is suitable for you. Upon enrolment, a client questionnaire will be sent to you. Final payment is required (seven) 7 days prior to course commencement.  

If cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances occurs, only ONE class will be redeemable for rescheduling and will be booked into the next available course. Written notice of cancellation is required (seven) 7 days or more prior to course commencing for refunds or rescheduling of course.  No refunds will be issued if you cancel with less than (seven) 7 days notice or if the course has already commenced.
